About SupportVia
SupportVia is a support chat for websites. It answers customers from your own pages, and hands the conversation to your team the moment a person is needed.
What we make
Add your website, check what the chat learned from it, and paste one line of code. From then on the chat answers your visitors’ questions from your pages and the notes you write, any time of day. When a customer asks for a person, or the chat isn’t sure, it hands over to your team in a shared inbox, with a short note on what the customer needs.
It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and any other website, and one account can look after several websites, each with its own look and knowledge.
Who we are
SupportVia is made by Immersive Mobile Designs Private Limited, a software company in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We have built websites and apps for more than 350 businesses, and we also make ChatVia, a messaging app, and BetaDrop, for sharing app builds with testers.
Our clients kept asking for the same thing: a chat on their website that answers the everyday questions on its own, without making things up, and brings in a person when it matters. Many chat tools sell the AI as an add-on on top of the plan. So we built SupportVia with the AI included in every plan, and a price that counts only the conversations the AI answers.
The rules the chat keeps
- People winOnce a teammate takes over, nothing automatic is sent.
- No guessingIf nothing it knows covers a question, it offers your team.
- Notes stay insideHandover notes are for your team, never the customer.
- Your own AIConnect your own AI account; its key stays on our server.
