Questions about plans
What counts as an AI conversation?
A chat counts once, when the AI sends its first reply, however long it then runs. Chats your team answers, and answers from your own AI account, are never counted.
What happens when the month’s AI conversations run out?
New chats go straight to your team, with the form for customers to leave their email, so no one is left without an answer. Extra AI conversations are charged at your plan’s rate if you turn them on, and you set a monthly cap.
Which currency will I pay in?
Businesses in India pay in rupees, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, plus 18% GST on a GST invoice. Everyone else pays in US dollars by card. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Move up at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period. Cancel at any time: the plan stops renewing and stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments aren’t refundable, which is why every plan starts with a free trial. Duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded; the Cancellation & Refunds policy has the details.
